Runt is an NPC or Character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Lots of people do an strategy of snipe it in the head with 3 arrows, or so. If this is the way to go for you I suggest you to get lv 5 in archery at least with a bow with 43 or more damage, then go with better piercing arrows, wich some of the dead cumans should have in the campment. If posible try to poison 2~3 better piercing arrows, and try to snipe the head. It might even go with a single shot, specialy if you have the blood shed skill in the warfare skill tab.
But in my case poison + blood shed did the trick. Runt is heavely defended but for the head, so I was lucky my character was builded for longsword and a shield. So I poisoned my sword and I keep stabbing the head. Suddently he fainted without hitting he more than 5 or 6 times. Note that I was also heavely armored... Like 130 pounds of full armor. And lv12 str (buff includded) vit at lv10, main lv 11. Also My weapon of choise was "Duelist Sword" wich is a 63/63 longsword.
Runt even fainted without me hitting him, he was just parring me and I was about to get my butt kicked and suddently he stop the combo and died in the spot. Then cutscene. I was like "Oh... Ohh... Okay...."
