Well, we don't want to give away any spoilers here, but the good news is that you will be able to play after the game is completed: side quests, exploring, etc

You can change your clothing and armor and stats, but beyond that, Henry will be Henry. Our game is very story-driven, and Henry has a very important part to play, so we want everyone to get a good idea of how he matures throughout the game. You will make your own decisions and different cut-scenes will unlock based on your choices, but the theme of the game will remain the same.

In general, no. However, there will be options to do quests with different groups, but it is not very similar to Skyrim.

When we first started making KCD, we had planned on making 3 separate games. However, our first game got big pretty fast, so we decided to put them together. We will discuss more about our plans for the future after release!

Our combat is based on HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) and there are over 4 hours of cutscenes, but not all will be unlocked based on the choices that you make. You can choose to play the game how you'd like, per every quest: be a warrior, a bard, a thief, a nobleman, a seducer, etc Sometimes, you can even have 4-5 options to choose for each quest.
