Heavy Duty Pony is a Horsemanship Perk in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Your horse can carry more, but is slower. Can't be combined with the Racehorse perk.

AnonymousThe carry weight bonus does not apply to saddle bags. As such, you're probably better off going with Race Horse because the speed bonus from Race Horse is massive while the weight loss is tiny.

I'm not entirely sure what the best saddlebags in the game are as I'm not very progressed, and the value of this perk decreases the higher it is but I'm using the highest I've seen. To put it simply, what would you rather have based on Jenda's base stats and 4 noble saddlebags?

Yes, it does NOT apply to any saddle bads.
And i think its not -7 speed penalty, probable its 0.75 for Heavy Duty and 1.5 for Race Horse.
